The space
The loft has high ceilings, which makes it spacious and comfortable.
There are two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds (which can be put together to a queen bed). The sofa in the living room can be made in to a bed.
The kitchen is equipped with what you need for meals and basic cooking.
There is a washing machine and detergents in the bathroom.

We, Sven and Hedvig, will be doing some upgrades and refurbishing in the apartment the next months. We'll post new photos as soon as we do something.
We are also renovating the apartment below at the moment, but we will be as quiet at possible and only work at day time during your stay.
Guest access
You will have access to the 2nd floor apartment, which you will have by yourself, during your stay. You are welcome to use the garden outside the house.

We are available for any questions you might have prior and during your stay. Just write or call us.
Neighborhood overview
The bakery "Vaaland Dampbakeri" is just up the street from the apartment, and offers delicious baked goods, breads and coffee.

On top of the hill on Våland, where the apartment is, lays the Våland tower, which offers an amazing view of the city. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

If you want to go for a run or a walk, you can go/run/drive, to the park Mosvannet, 1,5 km from the apartment. The trail around Mosvannet is about 3,3 km long.
Next to Mosvannet, you will see the public outdoor swimming pool "Gammlingen".
Getting around
From the city centre / Main bus and train station it's a 10 minute walk (800 meters) to the apartment. Follow the street "Musègata" until you get to the bakery "Vaaland Dampbakeri", and take left. You will see the house, the only red house in the street.

From the main bus station you can take a green Kolumbus bus, number 11, to get to the apartment. The closest bus stop is called "Butlers gate" and 70 m away from the apartment.

The Airport Shuttle Bus stop is either at the main bus station or at the bus stop "Stavanger politikammer", on the road Lagårdsveien, just 3 minutes from the apartment.

If you come by car you can park just outside the house, either on the parking lot or in the streets. It's free.
