The villa is built in 1930 in a modernist style. The original hardwood floor is preserved, along with a classic wood stove and a fireplace. A heat pump keeps the apartment warm and comfortable year round.

The entire 2nd floor. In addition, if you need to do laundry you can use the washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.
